Orders are prepared and shipped as quickly as possible, in the order they are received. While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times provided, delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We collaborate closely with our shipping partners to reduce the risk of delays, including those related to customs for international deliveries.
Before completing your purchase, you will be shown an estimated delivery timeframe. After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, a follow-up email with tracking information and an estimated delivery date will be sent to you.
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact our customer support team within 30 days from the date the order was placed. After this period, we may not be able to investigate or claim compensation for lost shipments.
