Returns
You have the right to return your order within 14 days from the date you receive it.
To initiate a return, please use the pre-included return form and follow the instructions provided in your parcel. All returns must be sent using the provided return label.
We offer free return shipping on all eligible returns. No restocking fees will be charged.
Conditions for Returns
To qualify for a refund, all returned items must be in their original condition. This means:
- Items must not be damaged, worn, washed, or altered
- Items may only be tried on indoors
- All original tags and labels must remain attached
We do not sell final sale items, meaning all products are eligible for return as long as they meet the conditions above.
Partial Returns
If you choose to keep some items and return only part of your order, the original delivery cost will not be refunded.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and processed at our warehouse, a refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Refunds will be processed as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after we receive your returned items.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible.
For approved defective items, we will provide a full refund, including both the original delivery cost and any return shipping costs.
Important Information
Returns that are not sent using our provided return label cannot be processed, and we are not responsible for lost packages or additional shipping costs in such cases.
